The Managing Body

Sappers Village Uplift Welfare Association (R)

Dr. MCS College of Legal Studies is managed by the Sappers Village Uplift Welfare Association (R), a registered welfare society working for the educational upliftment of the SC/ST community in Kolar District. The Association's founding mandate centres on removing barriers to higher and professional education for underserved rural communities in and around Bangarpet Taluk.

The Association's governing body oversees policy, finance, and long-term planning for the college, while day-to-day academic administration is delegated to the Principal and faculty in line with UGC, Bar Council of India, and KSLU norms.

Organisation Structure

Governing Body → Principal → Heads of Departments → Faculty & Administrative Staff, with academic oversight from KSLU.

Society Registration

Registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act. Registration certificate available on request / to be published on the Downloads page.
